Quiche

Ingredients :
- Ham 500g
- Eggs 5
- Spinach
- Milk 120gr
- Hot Sauce
- Flour 360gr
- Cheese
Directions :
- Preheat the oven. Thaw and drain the spinach.
- Make your crust, then mix together the egg filling.
- Sprinkle the spinach, ham, cheese, and onion over the crust.
- Pour the egg filling over the top.
Bake the easy quiche at 375 degrees F for 40-50 minutes, until a knife comes out clean. Let rest for 5-10 minutes, then ENJOY!
Canape

Ingredients :
- Base - white sandwich bread
- Spread - butter
- Topping/Filling - Mashed potato, green beans and carrots.
- Garnish (cheese) - Grated mozzarella.
Directions :
- Boil and mash potato chop the veggies and keep aside.
- In a pan heat oil, add onion, beans, carrots, green chilies, crushed or finely chopped garlic and saute for few minutes.
- Then add mashed potato and salt.
- Saute for few minutes until veggies are cooked.
- Cut each slice into 4 pieces
- Spread some vegetable filling on each bread piece/canape
- Transfer to a lined baking sheet, top the canapes with cheese
- Bake in a preheated oven until cheese melts.
Soup

Ingredients :
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 3 celery stalks, cut into small pieces
- 2 leeks, halved lengthwise and sliced into half moons (white and light green parts only)
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt, plus more to taste
- 1 tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped
- 4 wide strips lemon zest, plus 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
Directions :
-Heat the olive oil in a medium dutch oven over medium heat. Add the carrots, celery and leeks and sprinkle with the salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the leeks soften, about 5 minutes.
-Add the thyme, lemon zest, bay leaves and chicken to the pot. Pour in the broth and 2 cups water. Bring to a simmer and cook, uncovered, until the chicken is cooked through and tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
-Return the soup to a simmer and add the orzo. Cook until the orzo is just tender, 8 to 10 minutes, returning the chicken to the pot in the last few minutes to heat through. Remove the soup from the heat and discard the lemon zest and bay leaves. Season with salt to taste. Stir in the lemon juice and dill.
Salad

- 1 romaine lettuce, trimmed, washed and roughly chopped
- 120g radishes, trimmed and finely sliced
- 2 avocados, chopped
